SentiGrid — Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 4, 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Svetlana Sapunova (d/b/a “SentiGrid”) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using SentiGrid (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Educational Use Only — Not Financial Advice

The App is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, legal, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes. See the Risk Disclosure.

2) License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App solely for your own educational purposes. You may not resell, distribute, copy, rent, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise misuse the App.

3) Third-Party Data & Services

The App may access third-party content/services (e.g., TradingEconomics, Alpha Vantage, Twelve Data). Data can be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We do not control or guarantee third-party content or availability.

4) No Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

6) Refunds

If you purchased this App through the Microsoft Store, refunds are handled by Microsoft according to the Microsoft Store refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws (including any mandatory EU/UK cooling-off rights). Please follow the refund process provided in your Microsoft account purchase history. If you have trouble accessing that flow, you can contact us at sentigrid.help@gmail.com and we can help direct you.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App unlawfully or to violate third-party rights, provider terms, or applicable market/data regulations.

8) Updates & Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law of your country provides otherwise.
